<span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">In un pentolino unite il tuorlo con lo zucchero e l'amido, mescolate bene con una frusta, aggiungete il latte a filo e mettete sul fuoco e continuate a mescolare finchè la crema non comincia ad addensarsi, spegnete il fuoco e fate raffreddare coprendo la crema con della pellicola trasparente. Ripetete la stessa operazione con la crema al cioccolato.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Friggete i bomboloni in olio bollente rigirandoli in continuazione, passateli poi nello zucchero semolato e cannella.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Trasferite le creme in delle sacche da pasticciere, incidete con un coltello la superficie del bombolone, inserite la sacca con le creme e riempitele.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Aggiungete la ricotta e continuate a sbattere, unite l'olio il succo del limone e la scorza grattuggiata.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Trasferite il composto in una teglia imburrata o ricoperta di carta forno e cospargete sopra la torta lo zucchero a velo, durante la cottura creera' una crosticina croccante che vi deliziera'.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Se avete una planetaria, mettete la farina, il sale e cominciate ad azionarla, aggiungete poco per volta l'acqua, dopo unite il lievito e lo zucchero e l'olio, si formerà un panetto che lavorerete altri 10 minuti, poi staccate il gancio, coprite con la pellicola trasparente e fate lievitare almeno un ora.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Se non avete la planetaria disponete la farina su un piano da lavoro e aggiungete i vari prodotti nell'ordine elencato sopra.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Trascorso il tempo di lievitazione, stendete l 'impasto avendo cura di infarinare il piano da lavoro. Date la forma di un grande rettangolo e stendetelo dallo spessore di 1 centimentro circa. Disponete sopra le fette di prosciutto e la mozzarella ben sgocciolata ed affettata sottilmente. Arrotolate il rettangolo e formerete un lungo cilindro. Ungete uno stampo a ciambella e adagiatevi il cilindro con le due estremità unite. Bagnate la superficie con l'acqua e spolverizzate con del sesamo, fate lievitare un'altra oretta e poi infornate per 20 minuti circa a 180° o comunque finchè la ciambella non sarà ben dorata.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large;"><i>Su un piano di lavoro mettete la farina mischiata con il sale, aggiungete un pò di acqua a temperatura ambiente e cominciate ad impastare, unite il lievito e lo zucchero e la restante acqua, aggiungete l 'olio e lavorate l 'impasto fino a formare un composto liscio ed elastico. Fatelo riposare per 30 minuti, poi dividete l impasto in palline da 80 g circa, date la forma al panino e mettetelo a lievitare in una teglia da forno, se vi piace bagnate la superfice del panino con l 'acqua e passatelo nel sesamo.</i></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large;"><i>Coprite i panini con della pellicola e fateli lievitare fino al raddoppio, poi infornateli a 180° circa per 20 minuti, a metà cottura spruzzate un pò d'acqua sui panini continuate la cottura e non appena sfornati, spennellate la superficie con l' olio extravergine.</i></span><br />

La quotidianità non esiste piu' e ciò che prima per te era importante non ha piu' alcun valore come ad esempio il blog, oggi però voglio riprendere in mano per quanto mi è possibile la mia vita e farla rientrare in una quantomeno apparente normalità, non sarà sempre possibile ma voglio provarci, lo devo a me stessa, ai miei figli, alla mia famiglia ed a tutti coloro che mi vogliono bene :-)</span></i></div>

Aggiustate di sale e fate cuocere finché patate e finocchio non risultano morbidi, aggiungete se necessario altro brodo.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Disponete le fette di pane su una teglia da forno.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Tagliate la mozzarelle a dadini e distribuitene una parte sul pane.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Arrostine la salsiccia su una piastra e tagliatela a cubetti.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Ponete sul fuoco una padella con l'aglio ed un filo di olio, poi unite le verdure. Salate e a fuoco basso cuocetele per 10 minuti circa.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Trasferite le verdure sulle fette di pane, unite la salsiccia a tocchetti e la restante mozzarella ed infine una spolverata di grana grattugiato.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Infornate a 180° per 10/15 minuti.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Prima di servirli aggiungete un filo di olio al peperoncino.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Mettetele in una ciotola con abbondante acqua salata, in questa maniera elimineranno la sabbia che potrebbero contenere. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Dopo circa un'ora, sciacquatele, scolatele e mettetele su una larga padella con coperchio. Accendete il fuoco e mescolate di tanto in tanto.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Dopo qualche minuto le vongole si apriranno.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Spegnete il fuoco, eliminate le vongole non aperte, trasferite le altre in una ciotola e filtrate l'acqua di cottura tenendola da parte.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Rosolate dolcemente in olio l'aglio, unite l'acciuga e con un cucchiaio di legno fatela sciogliere, aggiungete il peperoncino, le vongole, il prezzemolo ed infine l'acqua di cottura delle vongole.</span></div>
